Mr. Chanana and I first met in late 2008. We had server cordial introductory meetings where we discussed the animation products and services he and his company could provide. In the Spring of 2009 we entered into a formal contract. The contract called for the Media Factory to produce an animated video according to the specifications and script that I provided.
The quality of the products produced by Mr. Chanana and his staff was first class in every way, and met or exceeded our expectations. Moreover, Mr. Chanana and his team did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. He was always available, and always conducted himself in an ethical and professional manner.
